Located in Chevy Chase, Maryland, The Lindley is a new sophisticated apartment community with easy access to downtown Washington, DC, downtown Bethesda, Silver Spring and Rockville.  Now offering studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom with den, and two-bedroom apartments to Montgomery County residents who qualify for Workforce Housing (WFH) through the Housing Opportunity Commission of Montgomery County (HOC).  To qualify, residents need to meet the following income limits.

One-Bedroom:  $2,418

Two-Bedroom:  $2,902

Persons interested in the WFH rental program must complete the form below to be contacted by leasing staff. You will be able to ask questions about availability, eligibility, and program guidelines. Staff will provide an application, verify income and credit history, and determine eligibility to rent an available WFH apartment.
